Transition Academy Application

Your family member will move forward in the eligibility process if they are one of the first 16 registrants, have submitted the nonrefundable application fee and their application has been approved. Prospective students must complete all clinical assessments conducted by Southwest Autism Research & Resource Center (SARRC) to qualify for the Transition Academy. All applicants must be determined clinically eligible before official acceptance.

Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. Completion of the application does not guarantee acceptance to the Transition Academy.
